As you know, at Tacante, we design our products to last as long as possible. We offer a repair service as part of our RRR project, conducted with the help of Ademe
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE REPAIRABLE
In theory, ALL of them. But it still depends on the damage your saddle pad, ear bonnet, or pair of bandages has sustained. To better pinpoint the need, we have identified standard repairs:
- Stitching
- Reinforcement of girth straps
- Velcro replacement
- Tear repair
- Emblem replacement
HOW TO PROCEED?
- Online: Send us an email detailing the repair you need and a photo of your equipment's "ailments"; we will send you a quote and instructions on how to send us the part.
- At the office in Provins: Make an appointment to visit us in PROVINS (77160).
- At a TACANTE stand: Take advantage of our presence at a competition or trade show to drop off your equipment for repair.
